I have heard that the greats of the past like Ben Hogan, Sam Snead and Jack Nicklaus and a bunch of modern era players like Sergio Garcia, Ernie Els, Retief Goosen and others did and do use counterweighting technology?

Yes! The greats of past eras did use various forms of counterweighting to give them improved performance, and players in today's game have continued this tradition. In fact, as of the Farmer's Insurance Open in January 2019, 5 out of the top 10 players in the world are using TourLock technology.

Why don't club manufacturers offer counterweighting options?

They do not have methods that are better or even equal to TourLock Golf's multiple patented technologies.
